Before proceeding to our online booking system please keep the following in mind:
- Your credit card will NOT be charged once inputted into the system. It is only used as a holding device.
- If you make your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your day of check in you will NOT be guaranteed a site.
- It may take up to 72 hours to receive a response from us.
- Once your reservation is submitted, you will receive an email from the RezExpert system stating we will process it. If you do not have this email, we do not have your reservation.
- Please ensure you have booked for the correct dates and check your emails received from us for accuracy.
